A free utility specifically for creating icons and avatars with your photos.

MyPhotoIcon is a graphic tool which lets you create portrait icons which you can freely use as an avatar for forums, an image for MSN Messenger, or starting a session in Windows XP, etc.

With MyPhotoIcon you can cut an image, centre it, and adjust the size for use. You don't need to do all this manually, and so errors and problems are minimized.

MyPhotoIcon also includes an assistant which tells you the correct position of the photo in each case. MyPhotoIcon is completely free and multilingual.
